Job Description
Requirements
- 7–8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Strong Oracle Payroll implementation experience
- Expertise in Fast Formula development and customization
- 2–3 end-to-end Payroll implementations
- Experience with HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher (preferred)
- Public Sector and Canadian Payroll experience (preferred)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
