About the Role
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct pre‑testing, diagnostic imaging, specialty testing, and full work‑ups including medical and ocular histories, visual acuities, and instilling dilating drops.
- Educate patients on doctor‑recommended supplements, eye drops, and ocular hygiene products.
- Handle insurance billing and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical space.
