Job Description
Bailey Nelson in Albany, Auckland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, deliver outstanding customer experiences from eye test to frame selection, and drive sales with a hands-on approach.
You will own the store two days per week, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Experience in optics is preferred, but leadership in retail or hospitality also qualifies. Training and growth are available as we expand across ANZ.
