Process Engineering Technician

The job is responsible for providing manufacturing support through process monitoring, material, method qualification to ensure defect free set ups. The position is responsible for the initial validation of problematic lots in reference to known standards such as POA/POD, Tooling documentation, Local and Corporate specifications. This position also supports engineering evaluations, and simulations related to customer complaints, material and equipment qualifications.

Principal Accountabilities

• PROCESS MONITORING – Performs process inspection of setups by conducting monitoring and visual inspection of production lots; performs random inspection of setups and issues material review to document any detected discrepancies.
