Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervises daily work for small reconciliation unit of support staff performing routine tasks (typically up to 10).
- Typically responsible for identifying and resolving basic / routine problems with broader departmental impact with established procedures.
- Determines hiring to ensure adequate staffing.
- Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
Recommends new work procedures.
- Direct impact by ensuring the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team.
- Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner with tact and sensitivity to audience diversity.
- May act as backup for manager
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Basic level experience in a related role with limited experience in people management.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
