Ophthalmologist – $385K Start & Almost $500K in Bonus Incentives

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of $385,000 with steady annual increases; earnings may reach $480,000 over time
  • Total Bonus Incentive near $500K: Sign-on of $220,000 & up to $250K for housing
