Job Description
What you’ll do:
Lead Maintenance and Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) deployment, training and mentoring at the plant level. The main job duties center on the creation and implementation of predictive & preventative maintenance programs, site management systems, Lean tools, Six Sigma strategies, and robust problem‑solving techniques. This leads to improvements in factory margins, machine uptime, manufacturing lead time, delivery performance, employee safety and reductions in product/process variation. The position also serves to lead the execution and deployment of robust manufacturing processes and continuous improvement/manufacturing efficiency initiatives across the organization, and provides leadership in executing the organization’s annual improvement and strategic plans.
