    You will be reporting to Operational Excellence Manager.

    What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver operational excellence support systems, including training materials, benchmarking studies, and communication strategies.
  • Facilitate and drive continuous improvement projects to improve SQDC metrics on the manufacturing shop floor.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and act as a project leader/facilitator to execute Lean, Automation, and Digitalization initiatives.
  • Maximize operational performance by utilizing Lean tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
  • Deliver and coordinate training/skill development programs to support continuous improvement activities.
