Job Description

• Training and Development: Train production personnel on work skills while cultivating professional habits and attitudes.
• Certification and Compliance: Update and maintain operative certification records for trainees. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), employee awareness, and training programs, while maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Documentation: Generate process checklists and theory test papers for operator certifications.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding the progress and status of operative training.
• Cross-Training: Participate in self-ex-training across other processes to support the departmental backup plan.
• Facility Management: Maintain housekeeping standards within the training room.
