As a production operator, you play a key role in producing high-quality snacks. You will set up, operate, and monitor modern production equipment, ensure raw materials are available, and accurately record production data.
Working Hours:
You will work in a two-shift schedule: Week 1: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM and Week 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
The average monthly salary is €3,313.50 gross, based on a 40-hour workweek and including shift allowances. You will start with a comprehensive 6-week onboarding program, guided by an experienced mentor who will teach you all aspects of the role. Once fully trained, you will work independently and have access to various training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
