Overview

The Machine Operator is responsible for efficiently operating and monitoring kraft paper conversion machines, performing minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. The operator collaborates with the production team to identify process improvements and ensure consistent product quality while minimizing downtime and waste.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation and Monitoring: Operate Kraft paper conversion machines that include mechanical systems, electrical controls, and pneumatic components, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Monitor machine performance by tracking parameters such as speed, pressure, and temperature, and make timely adjustments as needed.
• Machine Adjustments: Perform minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality and production efficiency, including speed and feed adjustments to align with production requirements.
