Job Description
Job Summary
CNC Operator ensures that products meet standards of quality and safety. Responsible for tool setting and performing inspections and measuring parts before release to productions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate CNC router, milling & turning machines skillfully, ensuring daily output target and manufacturing quality.
- Test-run the CNC machines for next work order.
- Based on tool list, replace cutting tools and set tool length.
- Perform daily maintenance of CNC machines and adhere to maintenance procedures.
- Conduct self-inspection after CNC processing.
- Operate and maintain jigs and fixtures.
- Load and unload workpieces as per Work Instruction.
- Follow and adhere to CNC manufacturing schedule.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
