This role involves operating production machinery in a large, clean, and highly organized manufacturing facility. You will primarily run machines, with additional tasks that include packaging products and moving parts and boxes throughout the plant. The position requires flexibility to work across multiple shifts as the operation transitions from standard weekday schedules to rotating 12-hour shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate production machinery safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
+ Perform basic machine adjustments, start-up, shutdown, and monitoring to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
