Job Description
The Operator is responsible for supporting safe compliant and efficient manufacturing operations while delivering excellence in Safety Quality Service and Cost. The role provides technical expertise operational guidance and hands-on leadership to ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with Ecolab standards policies and procedures.
The incumbent actively promotes a culture of continuous improvement TPM Lean Manufacturing and Zero Incident Mindset while supporting employee engagement capability development and operational effectiveness.
