Duties and Responsibilities Ensure product quality within controlled parameters to minimize waste Efficiently and safely operate and monitor all equipment to maintain product flow from discharge of the extruder to palletize Complete pertinent production related paperwork to include end of shift documentation. Responsible for product integrity. Understand and maintain high standards of tidiness and organization in line with good 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practice. Participate in process improvement activities Participate in team forums, huddles and escalation sessions Perform repetitive tasks and follow instructions as Adhere to all Food Safety, Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies.
