Desired Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Operations/Service Delivery within BPM/BPO/Shared Services environment.
- Strong experience in P2P and OTC operations management.
- Proven experience in managing large teams of 800–900+ employees.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, productivity improvement, governance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
- Exposure to Transportation & Logistics domain/processes preferred.
