- Drive of the Operations Plus transformation efforts with the sites chosen for the RTT/O+ journey
- Diagnose plants and set aspirational improvement targets
- Design and plan the plant transformations within the O+ team
- Lead AFEMEA towards O+ maturity journey in a sustainable way
- Be a BG trainer and coach for the IWS/O+ principles in line with the cell structure
