The WSM Technician role is key within these teams, responsible for delivering hands-on IT support to business customers across both office and warehouse environments, including Operational Technology (OT) devices critical to logistics operations.

About the role
You will play a critical role in supporting warehouse and office operations by providing hands-on IT and OT technical support in a fast-paced logistics environment. As a WSM Technician, you will ensure that all operational devices—such as scanners, printers, and workstations—are fully functional, properly maintained, and aligned with business needs.
