Operations Team Leader – Permanent – Liverpool – Up to £30k DOE
We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and inspiring Operations Team Leader to join a growing team based in Liverpool. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the Case Management department, including Clinical Leads and Case Managers. You will play a key role in creating a positive, high-performing culture where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement are at the forefront.
