Responsible for the operational overseeing and providing support to the Site Manager. Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective production. Responsible for optimizing production workflows and driving continuous improvements in operations. Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop and optimize production systems. Lead projects from concept through implementation and commissioning. Design, develop, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical processes and equipment to improve efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with all relevant departments to troubleshoot problems. Monitor daily production targets and throughputs from all relevant departments. Engage, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors to ensure technical compliance, cost control, and timely delivery.
