Operations Support - Belfast - Full Time Play a vital role in supporting GP Practices across Northern Ireland, delivering ICT solutions that help healthcare professionals provide the best possible patient care. About the role:
  • £15.88 per hour
  • Location: James House, Belfast
  • Monday to Friday, (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Temporary role up until 31st March 2027
    • What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Provide ICT support to GP Practices across Northern Ireland as part of the GMS ICT Support Team.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Support a range of ICT systems including clinical systems, networks, hardware, software, printers, scanners, Microsoft Office, security, and remote support tools.
