Job Description

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take ownership of your area’s performance including safety, quality, and productivity, holding team members accountable to standards. This includes weekly presentations to the management team regarding area performance.

  • Oversee end-to-end quality and shipping operations, including defect resolution, compliance, documentation, logistics coordination, and cross-functional communication.

  • Use data to identify trends and predict maintenance needs before they happen.

  • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement events to:

  • Increase productivity by implementing improved goals, guidelines, and procedures

  • Minimize unsafe conditions and accidents

  • Minimizing customer rejections and delays

  • Perform line setup and quality validations.

  • Lead and/or participate in 8D and 5 Why meetings
