**Location:** Moore,South Carolina,29369
**Shift & Schedule:**
Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
+ **Week 1:** Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
+ **Week 2:** Sunday, Wednesday, ThursdayFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.
As an **Operations Supervisor** , you will lead and develop a team of approximately 15 manufacturing associates in a highly automated, TPM-based production environment. You will foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while partnering cross-functionally to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional operational performance.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, driving process improvements, and achieving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
