Operations Supervisor, Night Shift (M1)
Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Role Summary
Lead night shift distribution operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment while driving team performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.

- Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
- Ensure accurate, on‑time order fulfillment
- Assign daily work, manage schedules, and support employee performance and development
