Primary Objectives / Job Purpose

• To provide day-to-day leadership and support to the production team, ensuring schedules and customer KPIs are met.
• Set the environment for people to perform fully the work appropriate to their roles, and develop the capabilities of team members and self.
• Maintain and promote the QSL quality, OH&S systems, good housekeeping within the production team, Environmental & Information Security systems.
• Be an integral part of the QSL management team, promote the company culture, and create an environment conducive to achieving the business and customer objectives.
• Responsible for the productivity of owned business units.
