Operations Supervisor
- Lead daily operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery
- Supervise and support staff to achieve operational goals
- Monitor performance and maintain strong customer relationships
The Opportunity
- Coordinate and schedule daily collection runs and operational activities
- Manage and lead a team of five, providing coaching, support and performance management
- Oversee the maintenance, organisation and presentation of the operational yard
