Discovery Silver Corp. has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Superintendent within a growing North American Precious Metals Company. The company combines high‑quality gold producing assets in Canada with the world’s largest undeveloped silver deposit in Mexico.

The Position

Reporting to the Mill Manager, the Superintendent of Operations is a senior level role. The primary objective is to ensure the safe execution of all business objectives, including overall responsibility for meeting milling production targets, metallurgical targets, budget/financial targets, rail activities (ore‑haul) and concentrate shipping.

• Promotion of IRS and ensuring HSEC objectives for Kidd Operations employees are met.
