Operations Strategic Leader (Project Management)
The Operations Strategic Leader is responsible for driving alignment between Operations Strategic and Outsourced Manufacturing/Contract Manufacturing (OSOM) projects and the overall Backend Operations (BEO) strategy. This role acts as a strategic bridge between management and operational teams by providing structured assessment, risk evaluation, and executive‑level reporting to support decision‑making and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end‑to‑end integration of Operations Business Excellence initiatives into long‑term sustenance and operational continuity.
- Ensure OSOM projects are aligned with BEO strategic direction and Best in Class (BIC) priorities.
