Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities of an Operations staff :
- Managing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth movement of shipments within the hub (in-house).
- Ensure accurate sorting of shipment based on the destination and product.
- Scanning the shipments
- Manage the flow of goods at the loading docks, loading and unloading vehicles,.
- Following established guidelines for handling shipments, safety protocols and quality standards.
