Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute operational workflows for assigned flash sales events, including warehouse coordination, floor setup, event operation (offline and online).
• Coordinate logistics for offline events and multi-brand activations, managing queue flow and on‑site operational issues.
• Identify and resolve operational risks before and during sales/events to ensure smooth, incident‑free execution.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, minimizing errors and damage incidents.
• Manage data uploads/downloads, file formatting, and system updates to ensure accuracy across platforms, including handling operational files, packing lists, and essential product documentation.
