An international logistics company is expanding its operations in Spain and is looking for an Operations Specialist to join its growing team in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import and export operations, primarily within maritime freight.
Coordinate bookings and shipments with shipping lines, agents, and logistics partners.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing operational support and shipment updates.
Prepare, review, and manage all required shipping and customs documentation.
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues or delays.
Support the development and implementation of operational processes within the new Barcelona office.
