Job Overview
Worker Type: Employee – The Operations Specialist reports to the Superintendent, Integrated Operations and supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Lloyd Thermal Conventional Heavy Oil (LTCHO) assets. The role provides technical leadership, drives operational and maintenance improvements, fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and cost optimisation, and supports the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a strong safety culture by leading safety improvement initiatives, promoting safe work practices, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
