Responsibilities
- Manage operational workflows that support patients, providers, and imaging centers
- Resolve operational inquiries and issues using internal resources and SOPs
- Meet and exceed individual and team productivity and quality goals
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and share feedback with Product and Engineering
- Refine processes, documentation, and workflows to improve customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or healthcare operations
