Job Description
Responsibilities
- Independently manage import and export shipments by air freight and road transport
- Obtain and verify the necessary export documentation
- Prepare air freight documentation
- Handle electronic customs clearance procedures
- Book shipments with airlines
- Inspect and label shipments
- Manage the return process for reusable packaging
- Participate in internal and external training programs
- Ensure that tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in a cost‑effective manner
- Report deviations, issues, and delays
- Execute transportation in the safest, fastest, and most efficient way possible
- Comply with management instructions and customer requirements
- Ensure smooth information flow and effective coordination
