Property & Operations Management
Manage the assigned real estate portfolio in line with SRE standards, processes, and approved budgets.
Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Company Management, internal customers and Landlords.
Support space planning and optimization initiatives.
Facility & Technical Asset Management
Oversee facility management services and technical assets.
Maintain oversight of building systems and ensure reliability.
Vendor & Service Provider Management
Support the evaluation, selection, and steering of outsourced service providers.
Manage suppliers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
Project & Implementation Support
Support and implement regional and global SRE projects and initiatives.
