Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION Leads and provides end-to-end follow-up on operational matters to ensure the reliability of On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance in compliance with contractual requirements. Communicates OTD reliability analysis to both the customer and Program Management and, when necessary, negotiates adjustments to delivery schedules.
The OPC is involved from the program launch phase through its completion and serves as the key interface between the customer and the program organization, ensuring effective control and management of OTD performance.
Monitors and analyzes recurring labor hours and expenses, ensuring strict compliance with the allocated budget
. Ensures proper tracking of billing activities (sales volume), invoices to be issued (work in progress), and costs, including labor hours related to operational activities, raw material costs, and logistics expenses
