Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Officer III to join our Capital Markets Operations team in Toronto. This is a 12-month contract position with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. Operating in a 100% back-office capacity, the successful candidate will support institutional trade settlement operations, manage complex reconciliations, and handle data processing across various financial platforms.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain deep exposure to Capital Markets, prime brokerage, securities lending, and institutional trading platforms within a collaborative 20-person team environment.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Type: 12-Month Contract (Extension/Conversion potential)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Work Model: Onsite 5 days/week for the first 90 days. Post-90 days, transitions to hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote). ...
