Job Description
To strengthen our inspection team, we are looking at our headquarter in Lübeck, Travemünde as soon as possible for a:
Operations Manager/Shipping Operator (m/f/d)
The area of responsibility includes:
- Ensure efficient and reliable fleet operations in alignment with timetables
- Monitor port turnaround performance and actively implement measures for continuous improvement
- Optimize stowage planning and oversee cargo handling processes to minimize port stay durations
- Maintain proactive communication with vessel crews, especially Captains and Chief Officers
