Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day warehouse and logistics operations— inbound, outbound, and inventory— ensuring safety, compliance and service excellence across the site.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse operations team, including supervisors and frontline associates, building capability and a culture of accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste and deliver measurable operational gains.
- Manage operating and capital budgets with a focus on cost efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and support long‑term financial performance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement and Customer Service to align operations with broader business objectives and ensure seamless delivery outcomes.
