We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily Food & Beverage (F&B) and culinary operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures while supporting supply chain, team leadership, and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B and culinary operations, ensuring high service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with F&B policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or food service management, preferably in banquet or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of F&B operations best practices and safety regulations.
