About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for leading production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
You will oversee plant performance, optimise resources, and deliver on customer commitments while leading a small, hands-on team of 4 production staff.
