Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Collection, Processing & Packaging Centre.
- Plan and coordinate receiving, sorting, grading, washing, processing, packaging, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure daily production targets and customer delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Optimize manpower, equipment, and facility utilization.
- Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and harvest forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Minimize product loss, wastage, and shrinkage throughout the processing chain.
- Ensure accurate stock movement and inventory records.
