Role Summary

The Operations Manager – OT Infrastructure / Senior Wintel Administrator will own the operational stability, support, and administration of OT infrastructure and enterprise Windows/VMware environments. The role focuses on maintaining critical plant infrastructure, ensuring service availability, managing incidents, controlling changes, and improving infrastructure reliability.

The role requires close collaboration with plant operations, engineering, IT, cybersecurity teams, and vendors to support production‑critical environments.
