About The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets across various locations in both Klang Valley and Johor Bahru . This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service standards, driving sales performance, and supporting outlet teams to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate is experienced in managing multi-site restaurant operations, enjoys travelling between outlets, and works closely with Outlet Managers and Area Managers to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Job Responsibilities
