Job Description
- Manage import and distribution operations of agricultural products (mainly avocados) from Mexico to Canada.
- Oversee supplier relationships and coordinate logistics with exporters and transport companies.
- Handle client relations, purchase orders, and sales coordination with Canadian buyers.
- Prepare and review invoices, import documentation, and customs compliance.
- Manage inventory, quality control, and warehouse procedures.
- Lead a small team and ensure all company operations run efficiently and on schedule.
