Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory (SQDCPI) objectives. Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement programs. Lead and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement. Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, space, and capital resources to maximize operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth, New Product Introduction (NPI), capacity expansion, and strategic initiatives.
