Operations Manager - NCR

Full-time Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Handle overall operation of salon and wellness spa
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and overall salon experience
• Drive Sales to achieve store target
• Do Local Store Marketing
• Manpower Utilization (Manpower labor cost, Manpower requisition, Record keeping and Employee relation)
• Building and Equipment Maintenance
• Maintain daily adherence to the cleanliness and mis‑en‑place standards
• Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operations Report
• Achievement of Sales target, Labor cost target and etc.
• People Management
• Cash Control Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Operation Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or any related fields
• At least 3–5 years work experience as Salon Manager, Area Manager or Managerial position (with background from Salon, Wellness Spa, Retail...
