Job Description
Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, and Banquet functions. Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality are consistently maintained. Monitor operational efficiency and service quality across all departments. Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations. Supervise and support wedding events, corporate functions, and special occasions. Conduct regular operational reviews and staff briefings. Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and guest feedback metrics. Assist management in achieving revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets. Ensure effective coordination between operational teams and support departments. Support recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.
