Job Description
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead and scale our supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations. You’ll work side-by-side with Top Management and key leaders to ensure our meat products move efficiently from port to plate.
Lead Supply Chain & Logistics: Own and optimize inbound and outbound flows — ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery across all channels.
Supervise Warehouse & Inventory: Manage cold storage and ambient warehousing teams. Ensure accurate inventory, proper storage (FIFO), and order fulfillment.
Manage Vendors & Systems: Track performance of 3PL/logistics partners. Oversee ERP systems for real-time operations data and reporting.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure operations support growth targets.
