Job Description
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of security projects, ensuring that technical teams meet client
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and response time targets for threat mitigation.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical workflows, such as incident reporting, hardware installation, and data handling, to reduce errors and improve speed.
- Compliance and Risk Oversight: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to data privacy laws and security certifications (such as ISO 27001 or GDPR) to protect both company and client assets.
- Supply Chain and Procurement: Manage relationships with security hardware and software vendors, overseeing the procurement of cameras, servers, and licenses to ensure project timelines are met without overspending.
